It looks like the CSS one sits a skosh higher than the CAA or VLTOR to allow the stock to collapse fully. On my CAA tube, the shortest setting is inaccessible. It's no big deal for me since I typically keep mine more toward the middle anyway, but those who like it shorter for shooting or stowing could benefit.

I had the CAA on one of mine for a while. Decided to go with a wood stockset a while back though. It was sturdy and solid, but as stated, you couldn't use the most collapsed setting. I shot with it 1 click out anyway, so it was fine. $70 is a good deal for that particular setup. I think I paid $120 when I got mine, and IIRC most places sell the tube itself for around $70 - $90.
