DresNightfire 39 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Share Posted November 14, 2012 I was excited about the price and style of the BoneSteel stock - but too bad - its only Right folding. Left folding stock means it folds to the side opposite of the ejection port and allows a right handed shooter to grip and fire while its folded. The only issue I heard about left folding is it can bump into your scope mount on the left side of the receiver, if you use it. Waiting on the ACE.. Philemon9130 3 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Share Posted November 14, 2012 No. I had to file a small amount off the aluminum to get the tube to sit right. Even after shimming with a washer the bottom of the tube was hitting the receiver. It was a minimal amount and I didn't take a notch out, I put a small chamfer on the edge. I'll take a close up when I get off work and post it. The bottom of the tube sits 1-2mm inside the receiver now. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
