No for a couple of reasons.

First of all the under folder when folded is only a few inches longer than the M92.

Not really much difference between the two that way.

Secondly, the M70AB2 is legally a rifle and is exempt from any coming handgun laws.

They are both classed as "assault weapons" so no difference there that I can see.

The M70AB2 gets the win to my way of thinking.

Agreed.

I have the m92 and like it but wouldn't have traded an underfolder for it.

I wouldn't, for the same reason Spartacus said, an underfolder isn't much longer than a PAP and has a stock. If you want to turn the PAP into a rifle it is much more complicated to get the paperwork for a SBR. With the M70AB2, you simply fold up the stock and you have a very close to PAP length gun. When you wanna have a stock to shoulder, just unfold it. You can't do that with a PAP. If you could have both, I'd suggest that, since any bans to come would outlaw the PAP, so having one would be good. But not at the expense of losing a good underfolder

Thanks for the responses and all taken in consideration! So on that note, would you trade any of the following on the PAP M92?

*Golani (GLN receiver, hand picked by me)

*STG 2003c (in very good condition)

*WASR GP 10/63 (1974) excellent cond., unfired

He's asking $600 for the M92 BTW.
