These will be ready to start shipping by Jan. 15 . As far as upgrading , you can trade yours in for the difference in price , for example , if you paid $155.00 , side charger $225 ,you pay 70.00+ shipping for the side charger, if you bought rails, IE; more than a top rail , we will swap your rails over to your side charger.
