Fitty% 808 Posted January 19, 2013 Report Share Posted January 19, 2013 I think in Tennessee its legal to carry a rifle unloaded slung on your back too and if you have a carry permit you can have the magazine loaded but a round can not be in battery aka chambered. If you don't have a carry permit the magazine must be empty with no round chambered. Once I find out for a fact that this is true I also will do this and I will record confrontations WHEN I get them.
