If you need a tool to raise and lower the front sight, you could make one out of steel break line. My front sight from rusmil (S-12) came with a wrench that is a bent rod with a slotted hole in the end. It shouldn't be too hard to make. Also try Tantal, he has most anything AK.

I have the same problem on my saiga and sight tool. I just thought of this and havn't tried it but what about holding a washer( thicker than the amount of adjustment needed and with a larger hole than the tool) between the hole side of the tool and the sight. THat should let the pin move. I will try to find my sight tool and look at this.
