ec4321 113 Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 Pretty common with AK rifle systems to have barrel clamps or other such methods. No big deal. Especially on a shotgun. Not really a free-float barrel sniper. I would look at something other than an AK if extreme accuracy is your thing. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
menace667 194 Posted August 21, 2013 Report Share Posted August 21, 2013 It has no impact on accuracy. Mine shoots the same with 1600fps slugs with factory handguard as it does the quad. Like the free float vs drop in rail difference it is negligable for almost the entire populus who shoots super long range and for extreme accuracy. Also, as mentioned above, when it comes to AK platform rifles and shotguns neither are known for their accuracy but more their reliability and functionalyty at shorter range.
