So I just got back from the range and both of my CSSpecs 10 round saiga 308 magazines would not seat properly. They would look as if they had seated properly, but the magazine catch was vertical instead of being at an angle.

Does anyone suggest filing for fitment? I have already contacted CSSpecs regarding this.

I sent two pictures showing fitting to your email at about 3:20 eastern time.

When I bought the CSS 8rd. magazines for my S12, I had to file all... 8? Maybe 10? to fit. The CSS .308's all work like a charm for me, though, even on a closed bolt. The fit could not be better.

The S-12 mags are about 50% fit without filing. Vepr-12 mags are about 60%. The Vepr .308 magazines got around 95% without filing.. Some designs are very easy to get a good lock even with some slop. others have to be tight or problems occur.
