I have always wanted a drum for my S-12. When I seen this I jumped on it with both feet. I ordered some of these and got them in the mail today. Cant wait to try them out. Now I just need to do the conversion.

I do enjoy hunting in Honey Island Swamp for hogs. I have may give it a go with the shotty this year but I usually use a rifle. I plan to maybe try it with my bow this year.

Well I took those pics yesterday. I was all geared up for the big game. Im a life long Bama fan.

I got my Saiga a week or two ago and let me tell you. I have been swamped at work and have had one thing or another come up on the weekend so yesterday was the first time I got to shoot it. I have not converted it yet but thought I would shoot the hell out of it in the mean time. I put 4 boxes through it yesterday. Only one failure to fire. Not sure why it did it either. I racked it and never looked back. One thing is for sure. I NEED SOME BIGGER MAGAZINES .......and a drum would be nice. This is by far the most bad ass shotgun I have ever owned. I cant wait to get it converted like I want it.

I searched the site and maybe I missed it. If so im sorry for a duplicate post. Being a mod on snipercentral I know what its like to get the same post over and over. I cant seem to find info on how to change the gas settings. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction? I see the two and one on there but how do you tell which one its set on? Im sure its simple but thanks.

It seems like you have already made up your mind in regards to converting it over. I would rather get it converted but if you will be just as happy with a stock like that then by all means.....go for it. Its your gun.

There are three screws. Two on top and one on bottom. The second on top is under the receiver cover and the button you push to get the cover off. Then you just have to work it off.

Course telling us where "round here" is might get ya some more hints on smaller local shops/ more helpful members Well around here is Slidell, Louisiana, about 20 min north of New Orleans. I dont know of any local guys around here doing them.

I got mine last week and had to pay 599.00. They wanted 615.00 + tax which would have brought it to 654.00 but since I do alot of business with them they cut me somewhat of a deal on it. Im still amazed at how much they have went up. I jumped on it though due to having a hard time getting my hands on them locally.
