  1. If it was my Saiga get a Saigatech trigger gaurd that has the pistol grip nut built in. Then use a G2 trigger. Just my .02
  2. I will take numbers 8888, 7529, 4321
  3. So what is the deal on the magazines on these Arsenal/Saiga rifles. Do they take standard AK mags or the usual saiga magazine. Basically do you have to do the bullet guide conversion for the rifle to accept a standard AK mag.?
  4. .308 you say? Interesting. I guess I'll pick one of these up when I get going on my .308 conversion. What stock were you using? I wonder if it would work if you weren't doing a pistol grip. I'm looking at the Choate stock. Here is a picture of the 308 it is the second one down.
  5. The Saigatech trigger guards work great with both the 308 and the 12ga. I went with the tech ones over Trix because they seemed more heavy duty and i was right. Both calibers being larger and having more kick i wanted a pistol grip that would hold tight under the pounding. That is exactly what i got too. But dont get me wrong i used plenty of Tromix parts also. I had to do no mods. to the saigatech at all fit like a glove.
  6. i changed it up i was not trying to drum up bus.
  7. I Live in Malta which is about a half an hour from you if you are interested. I do alot of shooting and am in the gun bus. also.

  9. I remember selling alot of 223's a year ago that had dimples and the occasional extra Y stamp. The problem when i decided to keep one for myself recently i wasnt getting any in with the dimples.
  10. It is a flip up rear sight. Right now it sits about 1/2" higher when opened than it should. But when the sight is down there is a rear aperture that flips up to use without the sight being all the way up. So for now it works. If any one knows of a low rise rear sight for a rail system please pass it along. I have seen some true glow attachments that i think i can get to work.
  11. Well I am finally done. I have been working on these four Saiga conversions for the last two months. These are the first ones I have ever done and not the last I am sure. Did I say I was done with these rifles well when it comes to Saiga conversions I don't think there is a done. I think I will be replacing the front sight and threading the barrel on a couple of them. I am also thinking about taking off the wood. I just wanted to thank all of you at the Saiga-12 forum for all the information. I would also like to thank all the great companies that provided me with parts Dinzag arms, Tromix an
  12. Thanks to Tony the problem was taken care of tonight. I have a 22x1.o tap that is forsale if anyone wants it. LOL
  13. I should have known you would know it Tony. I drilled a hole through it to attach a rail and it went into the threads. It is not stripped out but i just want to clean up the threads before i put it back in.
