  1. No problems with NJ...... Yeah, thankfully you guys aren't a bunch of dirtbags like the guys over at Mississippi Auto Arms...won't even sell T-Shirts to a lib state LOL
  2. Oh they can bring you to court, but the burden of guilt is on them. Innocent untill proven guilty. The AK is a old weapon, there were lots of mags befor '94... But for the .223 i recomend the AR mag adapter, pre ban AR mags are easy to get. The burden of guilt is on them, and the burden of legal costs is on you. Just get 10 rounders man. Not worth it to play pre-ban court games.
  3. Having pre-ban mags in the commie states is stupid and pointless if you ask me. Say you somehow draw attention to your firearm, for any reason at all not even firearm related, have fun proving those magazines are pre-ban in court to some ultra-gun control Noo Yawk prosecutor.
  4. Yeah, we can own/carry up to 15 round mags here. Thanks for the help so far guys, keep em coming. How is the recoil on the 30? 36? How is the recoil on the .40 different than the .45? I heard 40 has more recoil? (assuming a similar sized gun)
  5. Is the Prvi Partizan ammo lead core? It says on the site it's an all copper 55gr FMJ bullet that is non magnetic. Does this mean there is no lead core to the bullet? http://www.ammunitiontogo.com/catalog1/pro...23-556-fmj-ammo
  6. The TAPCO t6 stock telescopes AND has a pistol grip and thus it is ILLEGAL in NY. So are magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. "An "assault weapon" means (a) a semiautomatic rifle that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following characteristics: (i) a folding or telescoping stock; (ii) a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; (iii) a bayonet mount; (iv) a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; (v) a grenade launcher;" If you want a pistol grip you cannot have any of
  7. Hello all, I'm looking to apply for a pistol permit and get a new handgun in a few months. I'm looking for something modern, reliable, and DAO, so I've decided I want a Glock. Thing is, I'm not sure what model and even what caliber I want. I already have a DA/SA 9mm and a 357. So I have a decent idea of what I am looking for in the gun. I want something small/compact but not too small like a sub compact. I'll be carrying it openly in a holster for work, however my work (armored car guard) is often very mobile so I don't want something big like the 21. I know I don't want another 9mm, real
  8. Sorry if this has been asked before... What's the one that's steel cased? Which one is brass coated steel case? I don't reload, is steel case detrimental to my saiga .223 in any way? Is this ammo good/accurate? Or should I stick with Federal XM193?
  9. Bad lighting but it's finally near "done" and I'm happy with it Can't do much more cause I'm in NJ. Saiga .223 16" ACE fixed Skeleton Stock TAPCO Galil style handguard Surefire 15rd Mags Probably gonna get one of those new Tromix bolt on-charging handles
  10. I experienced similar problems as well when I took mine off too. Ended up using pliers and a hammer to turn the lever. In the end I came away with a stab - the sheet metal tab on the lever went right into my thumb. Ouch!
  11. Greetings, welcome to the site ! I am curious about your post b/c the actual people who voted on it admit that they were not even able to read the thing, so how can anyone even think they know whats in it or how it may adversly effect our 2nd rights ??? Anxiously awaiting some proof of this ....not that I dont trust our politicians or anything Cheers HarvKY The NRA has a team of lawyers that work for them. The politicians may not read the bill but these guys definitely do.
  12. In case you didn't read his post, which I'm sure you didn't, cause I mean, who the hell reads posts, not like we're on a forum or something. But yeah he lives in NJ so that means no mag choices.
  13. I take it you've shopped at Ray's or The Bullet Hole.
  14. Does anyone make Mag couplers for a Saiga .223? I'm using Surefire Mags...
  15. Looking to buy an ACE or any other brand FIXED stock, pistol grip and receiver block set that does not require any modification to the original Saiga receiver. Will pay well.
  16. Hello all, just started getting some customization on my new Saiga .223 16". I ordered the TAPCO Galil Style handguard and some US Made 15-rounders (NJ has an "AWB") as well as the Saiga Fixed (NJ) Skeleton Stock from ACE. I didn't want to do a conversion as no one I know of around here does them and I'm not very handy with tools so it's probably a good idea I don't try it. Anyways I'm waiting for it all to come before I use any of it (922r) and as you can tell I'm a little antsy. I see ACE is having a huge increase in demand thanks to the election. But how long will it take for my stock t
  17. Hello all. I'm looking to start converting my stock Saiga .223 16". First thing I want to do is change the front handguards to the regular AK-style ones. If I'm not mistaken, I need the new handguards, a new gas tube, and a lower handguard retainer. I am not looking to do any sort of welding or anything like that. Can i use a regular AK gas tube or do I need a special one? What kind of lower handguard retainer do I need?
