  1. I do not ride trike's but I have a honda TRX450R and this is the TRX450R trike conversion kit by TPC.
  2. I remember German marked S-12's that where popping up last year or the year before, name started with a R I think.
  3. Not trying to be that guy but after reading your post I typed in the top right corner of my screen iz-109 "google" and within the first 4 site's to pop up 2 have iz-109 cheaper then you are selling your's for 1 has them in stock for $620 and the other is preorder for $600. No fairyland just reality.
  4. Yes The spring need's to have a tight hold on the LRBHO so the LRBHO stay's tight up under the carrier when ejecting and does not bounce up and down during recoil .The bottom of the carrier sliding across the back top of the LRBHO is what set's the HB position during ejection in my S-12.
  5. Cutting the notch too deep may be why I had to bend my Hawk's Beak downward... If the notch is too deep in the bolt it could allow the Hawk's Beak to rise too high and catch on the rim of the shell casing as it is being ejected. This will cause the gun to lock up with the spent round still in the extractor. At this point you may have to bend the HB downward to miss the shell casing rim as it passes. I'am pretty sure the depth of the slot in the bolt has no effect on ejecting. The only way I found to keep the HB down low enough so the HB would not kiss the ejecting round is to file the
  6. Well I'am happy to report that mine is running about 98% today. Had 2 rounds out of about 200 rounds miss feed in the same drum that had mixed rem/fed 7 1/2 bulk. But before that and after that it was running 100%. Now I'am out of cheap bulk ammo. Mine always close when drums are inserted and stick mag's are slammed in real hard. If I just click in the stick mag's the bolt stay's open. As of now I think I'am out of test mode and can now just shoot it.
  7. Just gave mine a look over and my carrier is starting to dig into the lrbho also.
  8. Yes The HB side will need bent up a good bit to clear the mag.
  9. I like how your's has more meat at the neck then mine. I'am guessing you bent your's up before filing the underside of the HB? I filed the underside of mine before bending the HB side up.And that's how much had to come off to clear the mag and move up and down and it still hit the mag untill bending. I wish it said in the instruction's that the HB side would need bent up first before grinding/filing. I think they all will need the HB side bent up .
  10. What I did to get the HB to drop low enough not to catch the rim of the spent shell ejecting was taking about 1/16" off the back top of the LRBHO where it slide's on the carrier.
  11. I guess the notch in the lrbho would take away the "Deluxe" side release? If not shaped right. I did not cut the slot in my receiver yet, because the chrome release pin look's cheesy too me. If this is the case then I will set mine up for all mag's to close the bolt on insertion. It seems like I could bend the whole HB side up a bit more but I do not want to fuck with what I got working right now.
  12. I tried a few spring's in mine today and even with a heavier spring in it still close's when drum is inserted. The heavy spring would not let the round lift up in the drum and would cause FTF sometimes only with drums, Sticks are still ok. Going to try and get my brother out tomorrow morning if he can to get video.
  13. Care to elaborate?? Quad stack rifle mags, mike d talk about them last summer or fall he said back then the quad's would be out before the s-12 double stacks.
  14. E-CRACK'S new web store is GasPedalStore.com by GoGun.
  15. What problems are you having? Post a pic of you LRBHO.
  16. I do not see it as a problem at all. I spent some time trying to get it to not close when mag was inserted. And after I did it a few time's with the drum I switch to the other spring to make it close. I realy like it this way. I did not run into having to much spring tension at all with the factory bho or lrbho spring. Yes I would guess you could have too much tension but these two spring don't have it in them to do it.
  17. When I started modding the mag I said to myself this is wrong, so I used vise grips and clamped it to the bend of the lrbho and bent the whole HB side of the lrbho up a good bit. Mine does not hit the ejector plate. I milled my plate back to where it stepped back up to the top of the plate. I removed from the bottom front of the lrbho. You can see in the pic the black is still on the bottom half way. I did take about 1/16" off of the back top so my HB moves down more when the carrier was sliding across the back top of the lrbho. Mine move's freely inside of my gun up and down, I had to take no
  18. Yes I bent mine like Gunfixer said. Here's mine.
  19. I test fired mine today and mine is working with both stick mag's and my first run and second run md20 drum. During testing I changed back to the spring that came with the lrbho so my bolt close's when stick mags and drums are inserted into my S-12. I like it closing when mag is inserted in,it is just bad ass to me this way. At first I was having fte with Rem bulk 7 1/2, then I went with Rem 00 buck and 1oz slugs and it ranreal good wth only a few fte and then it started raining and I ran a few more mags and drums and they ran perfect so I pack up and left. I'am going back tomorrow or sunday a
  20. I still need to test fire mine but as of now all stick mags can be slamed into my gun and the bolt will stay open and hand feed perfectly. As for the md20 it will close the bolt on inserting it into the gun and it feed's if I force it just a tad. This is with no lube. I ended up bending the HB so I did not have to mod the mag's,and also have the moded factory bho spring in too.
  21. Izhmash is slacking also. This is from Rusmilitary 28.03.11 - We are on STAND-BY.. (goods are packed & ready to go), but still waiting to be invoiced by Izhmash for March delivery.. We'll keep you updated on progress daily.. when info is available.. 28.03.11 - THE GENERAL DELAY IN THE SUPPLY OF FIREARMS to the UK market is caused by Izhmash.. some of the guns were ordered by us back in November'10 (!) but we are still awaiting delivery.. We've done all we can.. but check our stock updates below regularly.. as it seems like after a long winter, Izhmash is now coming out of hiber
  22. I could not get mine to stop closing when full mag is loaded. I come to the concussion that the spring provided is too weak. The spring provided must fight against the fully loaded mag spring,to not close the bolt on a loaded mag. So I made a new spring out of the old bho spring and then BANG. I can now slam a fully loaded 5 round mag in and the bolt will not close but not a drum with this spring.
  23. Everything you just describe is the same problem I'am having. The the back of the HB just does not sit high enough in my gun. running out of space on the bottom of HB.
  24. Same problem here with that screw head. That spring screw head is a bad idea on cadiz it is just too big. It should just be a stud with no head and a notch to hold the spring.
  25. Mine has the cant also and when I tried to adjust it, and I was tightening the set screw it stripped and wedge sideways it the thread's so I left it alone. I liked the tromix handle at first but the cant and strip thread's day one turned me off. Mine is stuck on now cause of the wedged set screw but if I take it off it is done for sure cause of the thread's.
