Threading the Saiga 12 for internal choke tubes is a quite possible (your gunsmith will know how to deal with the chrome lined barrel). Link to related thread

No. No one does, but the people who would make it. Around election time, there were numerous threads on "what if........" scenarios in regards to a ban. We can speculate all we want, but no one even knows if there will even be a ban, let alone what exactly is going to happen during said ban. The best plan of action at this time is to (continue to) contact your elected officials to make sure "this thing" does not happen. As Uncle Ted would say "If your representatives don't know you on a first name basis you are not doing all you can"

You can (and should) remove the choke from the inside of the barrel, in essence making a non-choked "cylinder bore" before reaming and threading for the screw in tube. (No need to cut the off the barrel to remove the choke) Of course with that chrome plated bore you will need a carbide cutting tool or hone to accomplish that task.

Or if you don't want to wait, and assuming your barrel has no choke to it, take it to a local gunsmith and have the dent pulled. Shouldn't cost more than $20 and a few minutes. What he said...a dent in the crown will not make your patterns any better
