  1. I am way too excited for this! I was hoping for a Fathers day gift... but I will be patient. Looks like I will have to spend my money on more tattoo's instead!
  2. any more mews on this rail? Would love to get one!
  3. Hey Guys, I have a question, can you put the new skeletonized stock on a s-12? I put a s-12 on order today and noticed that they had a 7.62 version with a skeletonized stock. I still live in a "ban state" (MA) so I don't know if I can put this stock on or not. I am assuming that if the dealer had one of the skeletonized stock models for sale I am all set. Anyone have any insight or help they can offer? Thanks in advance!
  4. I have seen the new ones so I guess I am ok... Thanks for the info
  5. Hey guys, I know this has been covered before, but I could not find a definitive answer. I was considering replacing the original stock on my S-308. My Saiga is in original configuration (EAA import from about 3 or so years ago). Will I be violating 922 law/regs? I still live in a "ban" state so the 20 rounders are out of the question. I just saw a 7.62 "new" import (from RAA?) with the skeletonized stock. Can I just swap out the stock or do the "new" imports have different parts counts? Do I even have to worry about parts counts since it comes from the factory? Any help in clearing up the
  6. Yeah, I gotta figure something out. I will be "down south" in September visiting family. I figured I would ship him some nice Irish whiskey or a 30pack or something. I don't know I'll find something.
  7. sorry for the location of the post... I was overcome with excitement, (LOL) My bad.... Indy, it looks like actually YOU might be the man based on that avatar!
  8. Hey Guys, Just want to let you all know how cool Vjor is! He sent me a factory stock at no charge. I just sent him the postage and it arived today. I must admit I was a bit suspect.... you never get something for nothing. How wrong was I! I would definitely do business again. A big thanks to vjor... you are the man.
  9. Hey, Just curious... how well did the floor plate fit? Any pics? Where did you get the 12rd gallil mags from? If it works that well, and will only cost me $20 to fit 4 more rounds in my existing mags, I will give it a try! Thanks Bro
  10. Check the "sale/trade" section on this site. I poted one at my local shop here in MA. I have seen it and if it is the same one (99.9% sure it is) It is brand new and a great price... goood luck!
  11. Hey I found this at my local shop and restrained myself from buying it (I already have one and saving for a 12 guage). Saiga VERY RECENT 308-1 22" .308 H04740xxx $399.95 New in Box. It is in great shape and the dealer is the best in Mass. Here is the link: http://fsguns.com/used/ scroll down to "rifle" section. Good luck.... I still might take a trip down there if I can scrape the $$. -Boston Irish
  12. Hey Bro, Here are a few links... best bet is to call them. I tried to buy from a few that said they were in stock only to get an email a day later. http://www.thegunsource.com/shopping_categ...anufacturer=183 http://store.holstered.com/mgea170004.html http://www.blackwatercutlery.com/2070197.html http://www.andean-inc.com/Merchant2/mercha...tegory_Code=EAA try those and let me know how you make out... if you get a good price I will buy a few myself. Who knows if they will ever import them again. Also, my mom lives in Cocoa, Florida where EAA (the importer) is locate
  13. Hey Congrats on the new rifle! I was in the same boat a few weeks ago but found a guy here in Mass. who had them for $45 each. It was a hefty price to pay but I would rather have them... just in case! Try a google search on "saiga .308 magazines" I came up on a bunch of vendors that were sold out, but found at least a half dozen or so that had them for between $35-$50 each. I will try and send you some of the links i was looking at. (I would do it now except I am at work) Good luck on your search, be careful of the auction sites that are selling them for $60+ -Joe
