Agreed, I'm all good on my semiautomatic ak variant sporting rifles with normal capacity 30 round mags. Would have liked to get another rifle that will take ar mags though.

IMO gun owners need to start ranting. If you don't think it will help to write your elected officials, then don't. I am going to share my opinions here and anywhere that I want. If people think my opinions are stupid, I am ok with that. If you have any other suggestions on fighting for gun ownership, I'm all ears.

If I'm nuts, I guess I'm OK with that. While we still have a chance to voice our opinions and work thru the system we have, I'm not going to be afraid to do it. If it goes beyond that, I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

I don't think it will pass. In 1994 the Dems had both the house and the senate. They don't have the house this time. This bill infringes on the 2nd amendment more than the Clinton AWB. Being from TX and all of my elected officials being Repubs, I expect them to vote against it.
