US-made Saigas possible?
Razr replied to SgtRaven's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
Yes, they are considering assembling Saigas in the USA. It will cut retail prices by lowering import duties. They are trying to follow Arsenal's path. -
The date under the seal at the bottom? Or the Dec. 30, 2011 at the top? And what's the deal with the single mag, one size fits all? Under the seal - Feb 15, 2013. Right from the factory. Top date is some kind of Russian regulation/standard date.

I bought from Amazon Condor Ops Chest Rig Muticam - $41.85, Condor Tripple AK/AR Mag Pouch Multicam - $32.48 and Condor Molle Triple Kangaroo AK Mag pouch - $37.95. Works very good together. -
Over under shottie or bird hunting.

Check EAA https://eaacorp.com/portfolio-item/mp300-series-over-and-under-shotgun/ -
I have KA puck. It worked good. However it's a bit tight for my S12. CSS puck works like a champ though.

In Russia, AK Disassemble You
Razr replied to ChileRelleno's topic in General Discussion - Any topic is welcome here!!!
I surprised they still doing it. I grew up in the USSR. We had so called "initial military training" classes for last two years of the high school. That one one of the tests. The other one is to do in blindfolded in 45 seconds or less. But those AK where so loose and it was easy. I have to use a screwdriver now to unlock gas tube on my Saiga 7.62. I guess I need to do it more often. -
It's meant to like this. Otherwise you won't be able to open dust cover. I installed UTG rails and use shorter top rail and happy about it. With this rail you can even use stock sights just in case. You just have to look and aim underneath the rail. Saved me when my red dot sight broke down right in the middle of a shotgun match.
