Yea I have some questions about rifled slugs on deer

Anybody use their saiga 12 for an all around hunting gun? Talking deer, turkey, duck hunting? Or do most people just use them as a range toy or home defense gun? Just interested in hearing some advice from people who use there 12s for the game side of things. I'm such a newb it's laughable
