  1. Looks great to me. My 22 incher was a factory wood model originally. I really liked the feel, and tried going that route, but after I put on a regular stock, I couldn't get past how neato it looked. I still have the factory wood. Never know when my bad brain might switch. If I thought I had the wood talent, I'd just reshape it, but I know I'd ruin it. But about the really important picture: sweet group!
  2. .308. If you want less recoil/muzzle jump, get a quality brake like a PWS FSC30. Big recoil tamer. http://www.nokick.com/PWS_FSC30_p/pws%20ar-fsc30.htm I have a 308, and a 7.62x39. I like them both, but If I could only have one, it would be the 308 hands down.
  3. It is perfect. Guess I gotta get a short one too, now. Damnit.
  4. Mine gets dented in the magazine, by the bolt. It's that damned lug.
  5. I was wondering the same thing. Cheaper that dirt has it pretty cheap: http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/AMM7340-1.html Seems like it'd be wrong for a Russian rifle not to like Russian ammo. I have a S308 with wood that's pretty new to me. I have only put some Wally World ammo in it.
