1. Well I guess they do now, been a few years since I have done business with them. You could fund with 500, then after opening, remove any cash you didn’t want in the account since they have no account minimum.
2. Just got an email saying that mine shipped. They were ordered Dec 24.
3. Anybody want to volunteer to make a sticky of vendors such as J&G, Larue ect... to buy from.
4. I quit buying from CTD almost 20 years ago when I found out I could buy the same or cheaper dirt a lot cheaper somewhere else. They and Sportman's Guide lost their way (as businesses) several years ago as they strayed from the business model that made them worthwhile in the 80's and early 90's. Tis all about greed and profiteering now. I won't buy from either just based on principle. YEP, like a guy told me once "that shit's higher than giraffe pussy."
5. Here is my saga of my Saiga. When I first got the gun, I had no problem doing drum dumps with 2-3/4, 1250, 7-1/2 shot 1-1/8 ounce Winchesters. At this point I had less than 100 rounds through the gun. Then I added the pistol grip, Magpul adjustable stock, and vertical fore grip. Well, my Saiga didn’t like it. It would not cycle properly with the same ammo, or higher velocity ammo. Hip firing was out of the question. Then I added part of the CCS reliability kit (the puck and plug) and didn’t notice much difference. Then I added the spring that came with the kit, and saw some improvement. Next
6. Just got mine in, thanks again MD <blockquote class='ipsBlockquote'data-author="jeepranch" data-cid="849786" data-time="1358604450">
For some reason they are not taking orders from Alabama, when I try to check out it say orders not being taken from this region, anyone else have this problem?

Make sure it says united states. Had that problem too.
7. Price doesn’t always come back – see username. If you cannot afford 1k, then you shouldn’t be buying a second house. I don’t like seeing people get overleveraged. You are young, so you still have plenty of time to invest in many different assets. Now on the other hand, if you can afford it, but don’t want to pay it, that’s a different story. As other have said, check the local shops; I picked something up last week at pre panic prices from a local shop.
8. Just an FYI, I order some AGP's, direct, on the Dec 24th, have been charged, but have not heard anything else. Hopefully they will show up in a couple of weeks.
