If I remember correctly it was the "E" series of glock that was recalled and the thing that pissed me off the most was that I would have to ship my pistols back to AUSTRIA! Not the USA plant.

Call the manufacturer. Who said I like glock? I just said they also leave a distinctive mark as well and they're not the only pistols with unsupported chambers. In fact I'm not very fond of glock at all. The only two glocks I've owned were recalled because the slide rails were bent at a 90 degree angle when they shouldn't have been. Remember that?

Speaking of magazines. Does anybody remember a guy that claimed he was coming out with a shotgun that was very similar to a fnp90 and even used a similar magazine system? This must have been at least 5 years ago. There was alot of fanfare at the time...but I guess it didn't work out

You can reload bulged brass? I was told it was dangerous. I know it doesnt destroy the primer pocket. Lots of pistols have unsupported chambers....glock just gets the most crap for it haha

It is a very good improvement. But I really like the Hk G36 charging system. If someone could figure out how to do that on an AK I could die happy haha. But the G36 is just a copy of the Ar180. So even if the Ar180 had one and a chromed lined barrel I could die happy.

Rounds fired from a glock are also very noticeable. But not on purpose...and it doesn't destroy the brass. Just leaves a rectangle on the primer

450-500? Really? I've been looking all over the web for one and the cheapest FEG AMD65 was about $750. I did find one at a local gun shop NIB Hungarian FEG for 600 even out the door. Should I pull the trigger?

Well I'm starting to have doubts now that it was an LAI? Because the searches that I've done over the last ten minutes produced no LAI ak74s....only Ak47s. And I clearly saw a 74 magazine installed in it

so I went to my local gun shop and I saw a nice looking AK74 in 5.45x39. I asked who the manufacturer was and I was told LAI. I've never heard of them so I moved on but made a mental note of it. I got back to the house and did a google search and nothing came up at all. Has anyone heard of an LAI ak74 or was the gunshop guy mistaken? Price was 600 cash.

What is a fair price for a FEG Amd65? I've seen prices ranging from $450 as of last year to $1699 as of now!!!!

Ya I've been out of the rifle scene for awhile and have been more into pistols lately. But from what I can remember from the kobra it was the best bang for your buck at the time. (about 6 year ago) it had multi-recticles v-notch, post, x, dot, etc. It came with a glare shade too and was milspec. Only downside was that aimpoint and eotech killed it in the battery life department

I would kill for a bizon or pp-90m1. I almost bought a calico at one point in time...but I really didn't like the magazine placement. I would still buy a well designed top folder for an AK. Looks like I might have to redneck rig one haha

Well actually a top folder on a helical firearm would make sense. Guessing on the way it's loaded and unloaded and lack of forearm

A top folder on a firearm with a helical magazine doesn't make much sense to me either. But why doesn't the aftermarket take advantage of it? I'm sure the US market is ready for something other than side and underfolders. That Nork top folder actually looks pretty good. I wonder how it looks unfolded

I used to have a Kobra reddot that worked really well and it came with a good solid mount..I think it cost a little over 100 for the package. Other than I don't have anything else to say because capt. Heroes and big johns avatars are distracting me too much haha

I've seen every type and style of AK folder out there. Left and right....underfolders....mp5 style collapsible stocks, ar15 collapsible stocks,etc. But why no top folders like the Spas shotgun employs? Wouldnt it make more sense so you could actually use a drum....coupled magazines or extended magazines and use a foregrip flashlights, etc? Clearing a scope or redot doesn't seem like it would be an issue at all. It just seems to be the only style of stock that isn't used on the AK series. Is there a reason for that, that I just don't see? It seems like it would make alot more sense than
