  1. "Heat Shields" don't count as compliance parts.
  2. My god, the dumbfucks show an unconverted 'Not 922r Compliant' Saiga 12 w/ the 10 round drum. Total no-no. As i've made clear, i'm not on the DD Chicken Little bandwagon, but if it were to happen, it would be because of idiots like that.
  3. In order for the magwell to work, it has to have magazines that are coefficient with it. Context clues would suggest that those magazines would be such magazines.
  4. The moment you posted this, I knew it would conclude itself by you telling everyone that you did indeed get an 8 round magazine for some insanely low price and boy, weren't we all wrong!
  5. OK. There is no way in hell anyone on this site will sell you an 8 round magazine for $75 when they can get double that on ebay, and probably $120-$140 just by posting it here.
  6. FYI, Arizona Expert Arms (AZEX) does some of the finest quality firearms builds and finishes in the industry. Glad to see them here. Welcome to Saiga 12.com. Now, make a couple of those mounts for Saiga 12's
  7. I couldn't care less about any of the other stupid 3rd World trash, save for the Saiga shotguns.
  8. No, it does dictate market price. Like it or not. We all have found stuff for cheaper other places, but ebay is the gold standard whether you like it or not. If you have an item that you can't get $20 for anywhere but there are 20 people willing to pay $100 on ebay, where do you sell? Same goes for Saiga mags. No one sells for less then they can sell for more.
  9. Total dumb luck. That is far, far south from a typical market price right now. As-of, anyone with a 5 round magazine can get $50-$60 for it on ebay.

    Front Sight Options

Kinda like this? http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=7292&hl= <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, yours is an optics rail. This one would clamp over the end of the barrel and act as a front sight base.

    Front Sight Options

People love those shitty little rails. I think a neat option would be a compression fit clamp on base that went over the barrel and had a pic rail on it. It would allow the users to install detachable AR sights like flip ups and what not.
  12. How sure are you? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'd say 99%. The language when referring to shotguns made specific reference to fixed or tube magazines. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> So you're 99% sure- that is to say that you are so sure that barring the most extreme circumstances, there is just no doubt in your mind that the law doesn't address detachable magazines?
  13. I totally agree. The story smacks of bullshit. I believe he went with a military vehicle. I believe he did some good things. I DO NOT believe that he rescued families of blacks that replied by crying "lawdy lawdy", that he exchanged fire with anyone ('the infamous .44 Magnum' is just slightly less obviously a lie as if it were 'the infamous .50 Caliber Desert Eagle") , or that a bunch of black gangbangers changed his tire for him. There are other things that are BS too. There is a liars mellowdrama in there that you know the instant you see it. They take a base of truth and embellis
  14. Amen to that. In my opinion, far and away the best option for the remaining holes. They look *perfect*.
  15. Well, it's $70 at CDNN much like Saiga 12's were $229 at CDNN- that is to say that after CDNN runs out, you won't be able to have your gun store order one for $70. I think retail on it is in the $200'ish range which is what I paid when I ordered mine. From Nikko Stirling they're like $300'ish. What CDNN is asking is a steal, so i'll probably lay in for a few more just because they're so cheap right now and it is such a good scope. Yes, it's a very good scope for what it is. I wouldn't compare it to a Nightforce or a Leupold but if you can get over the brand loyalty and judge the scopes
  16. Here's ITAR http://www.epic.org/crypto/export_controls/itar.html The "$100 Rule" applies to exports too. Brownells phrases it like this A small part, a trigger or an unrestricted item (like, say, a hammer) isn't restricted.
  17. Well, I don't know if Finnish NV is as good as American NV, but if it's in any way 'Russian' , I can assure you that it isn't even in the same universe. If you are looking for a good illuminated recticle tactical scope, Nikko Stirling makes a very reasonably priced 1.5X6-44 unit that is built like a brick shithouse with very clear optics and desirable features. I've actually dropped the whole gun right on the scope bell and it keeps right on ticking. Mine has the German recticle which is like this It's great, as on the 1.5 setting it's a reflex sight (the little triangle is th
  18. Firearms fall under ITAR, when you say 'illuminated scopes' I presume you are talking about Night Vision which is indeed restricted by the US State Department. Things like stocks, magazines, triggers, sears, ordinary rifle scopes etc are not restricted. I don't blame them for being a little particular about who gets high end Night Vision. 3rd Gen NVG is an American national technology that gives our fighting men an edge. While Finland may not be a terrorist state if we allowed it's unrestricted international sale, people in 'good' countries would simply act as hubs to ship it to 'some
  19. They're wrong. It's one of those cases where people don't understand something so to cover their asses, they lie about it. Some things are indeed restricted. Many, many things aren't.
  20. Other than ITAR (which does not govern magazines) there are no international laws on firearms. The laws are written by each country. It is stupid and foolish to presume that just because we can have something here unrestricted, it's that way in another country. We can buy barrels here without any paperwork whereas in many countries, that is a controlled item. In Britain, they can buy sound moderators with as much paperwork as we fill out to buy a six pack of beer. That doesn't mean it can be shipped here, in spite of the fact that a LOT of dumbasses are having them shipped to the US fro

    Hot News!

Just a small note. Make sure that somewhere on the magazine it is noted that it is made in the USA for compliance issues.
  22. The B Square mounts are gracious sturdy for mounting a red dot sight on a shotgun.
