AegisDei 2
Welcome David! You're in for some fun...be wary though, Saigas are about like potato chips: you can't have just one (or two, or three...). If you have any questions, just ask. The level of knowledge, and the helpfullness on this forum is remarkable. If one of these guys doesn't know your answer, then you've come up with a real stumper, but someone will be willing to help figure it out. Anyway, have a great one! Conju 2
You NEED a 12. Go! Buy it now!
ghostrider 0
Thanks for the warm welcome guys. While I don't foresee myself buying any more (at least until I get a carry pistol), I can see myself having fun with the ones I have. Just yesterday when I went there again, he sold me a UTG side rail mount and 290 rounds of ammo. He was talking to me about putting a Nikko- Stirling scope on it. He hasn't gotten them in yet so we'll see what develops.
ghostrider 0
You NEED a 12. Go! Buy it now! He does have one of those right now, and I was looking at it today. If I do get one, it's going to have to wait. My next goal is to stock up on ammo and reloading supplies since there seems to be a shortage. I haven't done much reading on the 12. Still trying to learn the .308 and 7.62x39. May have to venture over to the 12 forum.
AegisDei 2
You NEED a 12. Go! Buy it now! I couldn't agree more. Plenty of manufacturers have managed to produce Kalishnakov variants successfully, but there's only one 12ga and it's darn unique/special. (I know, there's also the VEPR, butit will never cross into our nation's borders for civilian purchase so I'm not counting it). The S12 is definitely something to add to your collection! Bullitt3401 3
Welcome, and I gotta agree, you gotta have a Saiga 12. With the ten round mags starting to ship out, this is a great time to get into S-12's. I fired my converted S-12 for the first time a couple of days ago, and it is awsome! I also agree with owning more than one. I'm looking into the 308's and a 7.62X39 right now. If I knew how easy the conversion work is on these, I would have gotten into Saigas two years ago. Scott Well, the 12 is certainly sounding sweeter and sweeter, so will probably go on a list of things I want. However, there are priorities and that's down the list for now.
