As stated above the part I find the hardest is to cut the square hold for the PG nut, I carefully coppy the templet then drill a pilot hole in the center of where I want the PG hole to be, then I go a bit larger so that I can get a triangle file into it then I file a bit at a time to make the hole exactly where I had marked. This is how TOPMAUL Armerment does it. The process takes time and you have to be carefull but you end up with a square hold not some of the hack jobs that I have seen. Use the back of the punch you got with your weapon to aline the hammer pin as it goes back. As you push the hammer Pivit pin in push out the pack of the punch keep them touching.
