ryancrowder 17
Bought a romanian ak wasr-10 today at the gun show. I was wondering if anyone knows if it accepts all ak mags, or if some will work better than others. Thanks
O.S.O.K. 0
Nice lookin AK there. It takes all standard AK-47 mags. A lot of poeple like the bulgarian poly mags as they fit a little more snuggly than the steel models. They even have them in od green and plum at http://www.k-var.com. Not cheap though. http://www.aimsurplus.com has hungarian mags for $10 (stear clear of the promags you see there IMHO). Edited January 29, 2007 by O.S.O.K.

scoutjoe 276
If you have NLFD you might have a problem with them fitting in the magwell at the back corners http://www.gunsnet.net/Linx310/wasrwell.htm a-la said directions, I had to do that on my Romak also
ryancrowder 17
wouldn't laminated wood be shiny, as apposed to dry. I was under the impression that laminated meant a clear shiny finish. Am I wrong? PS: I am frequently wrong
SaigaShooter 0
Laminated simply means layers of wood. notice how the stock has "rings" instead of single grain pattern. Nice gun, but the wood needs a refinish. I'd clean it with a stripper, then hit it with 2 coats of minwax sedona red stain, then top with 3 coats of tung oil. should look dead sexy.
