AK-308 2
Does anybody make one that is easier to adjust?
headshot 52
Not that I'm aware of. The factory one is easy enough. Edited March 16, 2008 by headshot
6500rpm 670
I don't understand what you mean by hard, but there was a member that fabricated a tool to push in the retaining pin and allow you to turn the knob at the same time. It was pretty slick, but I can't remember who did it. Matt at C&S Metal Werks made a reg that had more adjustments than two, but decide not to go into production with it FWIW. GTwannabe 1
The factory regulator can be a pain to adjust. My fingers are too large to depress the button. When the regulator gets dirty, it becomes much harder to turn the regulator. I have to use a file in the regulator slot to get enough torque. This means I need to use 2 tools to adjust the valve.
