Bvamp 604
Im sure it says in that post to enlarge the port holes VERY LITTLE at a time and test fire in between enlarging the holes.

Thats a great point Bvamp. Thats what I did and using my numbers isnt 100% failsafe. There are some variables that will affect the equation. On the bright side to opening a little at a time is the fact that you get good at taking the gas block off :-)~
Bvamp 604
well if you open it up TOO much, it will kick like a mule, and stress the action more.
Diggler 0
What type of loads should be fired with the '2' setting? I still have the barrel full length on mine, and I was using the cheap, low-brass field loads (7½ shot) and it was jamming every time on the '1' setting. Ran great on the '2' setting. Are the low-recoil tactical loads that are meant for the '2' setting less stout than the ones I were using, or is my gun acting OK?

Bvamp 604
you dont want it angled tword the muzzle. 90 degree or tword the breech on a shotgun is either or. for rifles the gas hole is angled tword the breech...
Doerdie 0
What type of loads should be fired with the '2' setting? Position 2 is for non-magnum loads, position 1 is for Magnum loads.
