cscharlie 107 Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 I recently noticed when checkingout on two sites that sell firearm parts, that one of the required fields is for gender. REQUIRED? After notifing one of the venders to let him know that I 'm not making a purchase from him because of this. His response was that they want to know how many women are into firearms. I think that this is BULL! If that's the case it could be optional instead of required. It's not nessasary to process the payment. That's just more personal privacy that is being sucked away from us! They don't need date of birth to process orders either, but alot of people will continue to give it without hessitation. No big deal, it's even kind of funny right.
