rssfndly 14
Congrats on your purchase. I like try rails but the Tromix hand guard with braket is very nice a s well and less expensive. I take it you don't want to do a full conversion?

Once I complete my upgrades I will be ready from some 3 gun shoots. I was thinking about a full conversion.. After reading the gun fall apart thread it makes me think more about it. I guess it would justify buying some more tools that I do not have. If you would like to save me from searching .. Is there a DIY sticky on doing a full conversion and the parts that will be needed? Thanks Jeremy Edited March 8, 2009 by MotorCity

Thanks Jeremy http://vimeo.com/2787027 Compliments of Ernestmyhand http://thegunwiki.com/Gunwiki/BuildAkVerifyCompliance that helps with 922r compliance parts? FCG (Most of us use a tapco g2 single or double hook, the double requires more mods) buttstock (I went with an ACE folder) pistol grip Other parts that are optional to help get 922r compliance handguard gas puck I personally don't count magazines for compliance since I have a pair of russian 8s here that would make my gun noncompliant if I used them in a gun that was bankin on the mags for compliance
rssfndly 14
Here is a tutorial that I did for the ACE block and Tromix DIYS trigger guard. I am waiting on the MSA newly designed block for my future conversions. Their block will cut down on a lot of time. http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showto...mp;#entry288417

After looking at the video it doesn't appear that "bad" of an install. I think I may do the full conversion for the pistol grip, but I think I will only us the tapco 6 position ak stock instead of putting the block in.. I may change my mind depending on things... Time to order some parts.
