I was trying to get through to them for a few days and finally got to talk to someone today. I called non-stop from 11:30-12:10 and then someone picked up. I've had trouble contacting them as well. And, out of 3 Warsaw Pact length standard stocks I've ordered from them, they've sent me TWO that were scratched and blotched pieces of crap.
