Azrial 1,091
Pretty Interesting, not that I could hear it. My sound is broke right now! What is also interesting is the old European view of Air Rifles, that they were the weapons of assassins due to there comparative silence and lack of smoke signature. Many countries baned them at the time.

Bvamp 604
the translated accounts of Lewis and Clark are something that we should all read if you have the time. There are a few mentionings of a few differnet things. One of which is "the air rifle that we demonstated much to the amazement of the local population". Another interesting thing that they mention is "the enemy". The grizzly bear. both men had a sad demise, the least of which was lewis, I believe it was. The man shot himself to death out of insanity in some godawful farmers home. the account is that he was killed in a robbery, but the truth is the man lost his mind, and according to what i read, the man discharged a large caliber weapon into his chest TWICE, and it took him days to die afterward. if you can find good books on the subject, I highly recommend them. great post, Cobra....thanks
