SgtRaven 531
Nice this would be a BA addition to my soon to be draco or AMD-65. I've got it for my Draco: great! I like it with slick metal OEM 30-rounder mags. Tapco and US Palm are little on a tight side. I prefer steels or bakelites: slides in/out well. Now I need to add molle holster for 1911 on a side. fromxtor 20
What brand mag is in your draco in that pic?
SgtRaven 531
What brand mag is in your draco in that pic? Sorry, can't speculate: site picture. Owner said it was taken by happy and grateful customer. It looks like Arsenal in smoke to me. Edited August 17, 2011 by Sgt. Raven
SgtRaven 531
Better picture is coming, but that's what I have for now. I'm adding AK bayo MOLLE adapter (from StrikeHard Gear) and 1911 holster to it.
SgtRaven 531
Works with 40-rounds mags; mag retainer stretches with no issues.
SgtRaven 531
30-round P-Mags fits in. Moving to adding MSA adapter to .223 Saiga for dual-mag use (AK & AR).
kdbutler 563
Nice, Sgt Raven. Will 20-rounders work with this rig? I've got several of them (my preference).
opto_isolator 3
That is NICE! And the price is nice too!!
SgtRaven 531
Nice, Sgt Raven. Will 20-rounders work with this rig? I've got several of them (my preference). Sorry, I don't have any 20-rounders, so can't say for sure. But it appears that they'd sit just under the pocket's edge, and you might need to rich in to pull them out. Width and thickness-wise: definitely fit. Moreover, I'm getting MSA adapter for use with AR Magpul's PMAGs, and debating between 20- and 30-rounders. Like my friend said, if few 20-rounders are not enough, you're in the deep trouble. I'm not going downrange anymore, and don't mind to reach in to fish 'em out. Also, if you really want them to stick out, you can shove the spacers to the bottom of the pocket. I like my rig very much, and willing to flex around it, instead of looking somewhere else.
SgtRaven 531
Another gem: AK bayo MOLLE sheath from StrikeHard Gear. Rig contains (L-R: Kimber Compact Custom 1911, Saiga "shorty", Tapco AK/Galil .223, and Magpul PMAG 30-rounder.
bohound 281
That looks a LOT like the Eagle/SKD Universal rig. A GREAT rig. Nice catch!
