johnsrods 0
I was wondering how much people are willing to pay for 30 round steel mags for the .223 that fit unmodified guns. The gun doesn't need a bullet guide either. The mags fit and function just like the original 10 rounders. Price is as follows $42 for one shipped and insurance For two it is $73 shipped and insured Let me know if you need more. These are for un-modified guns. PvtPyle 0
Is the the EG 223 mag? I have a ton of those and they work great!
RangerM9 1
I'd like to have at least two of them. Price wise....hmmm....budget is tight right now, so i'd like to see them under $30 each..... RangerM9 Edited October 26, 2005 by RangerM9
avatar 4
Depending on how nice they are, I would think anywhere from 20 to 35 a piece would be a fair price. Norinco 223 mags run around 30ish.
PvtPyle 0
AIM Surplus has them for under $20 right now.
guns-r-us 0
pvtpyle There is no way the stock EG mag fits or feeds properly in the stock saiga
PvtPyle 0
Not having a .223 Saiga I dont know. But I wonder why that is. They feed fine in the Romanian .223 AK (of course) and in the Vepr .223's. Is it a feed ramp issue?
johnsrods 0
Reason why they do not feed properly is because the Saiga doesn't have a feed ramp. In a standard AK the feed ramp guides the bullet in, in a Saiga however no feed ramp is there. The mag acts as the feed ramp, just like a 10 round Saiga mag. How about $35 each, does that seem fair? Please contact me through the forum if you want some.

I want to see how well the work is done to the top of the mag -- raising the front and fitting to the trunion and locking latch etc....
inparidel 4
AIM Surplus has them for under $20 right now. .223 AK mags are, and have always been, under $20, except for some wierd places that never got my business. 5.45 mags are easily converted, and they are $6. That price is not too bad considering the work involved in them.

Ross Man 0
I got two mags on Thursday and tried them out today. They fit real good and snug and function really well! I put 30 rounds through each mag. They also seem to be quality material and are in excellent like new condition. I highly recommend these mags if you don't mind spending a little and don't want to mess with mags yourself.
