bobabuee 29
ok this Is my first shotgun I don't hunt, I would like to cut barrel and weld on JTE competition brake and still be at 18.5 legal but how do I use choke's then? I intend to use for home d , target and clay or skeet nothing more do I even need choke's for target and skeet?
brickfield mfg 86
You can have the best of both worlds.... When you have your barrel cut back, and the JTE brake welded on, you could have the barrel counterbored and tapped for an interchangeable choke system (Remchoke, Winchoke, etc.).
Capt Nemo 882
Or forget the brake, rethread the barrel, and go for the PolyChoke II/flash hider combos. Built 20 miles south from me!
