Ronin38 2,117
Sweet! Since it probably won't be operational for another 20 years, I say just skip the hypersonic missles and go straight to phasers.
Sim_Player 1,939
My father-in-law was an SR-71 Crew Chief during his non-comissioned years. He retired as a Major.
gunfun 3,931
Pretty cool. I've always been fascinated with them. It's amazing how crude they look in person. Not to mention wrinkly from the warping. And they were entirely built of stolen titanium.
Dad2142Dad 6,559
Funny the general public had no clue about the SR-71...........
G O B 3,516
Saw one blow an engine the day after the air show at Andrews some years ago. Big boom-lots of black smoke, plane cicled back and landed safe. IMPRESSIVE!
gunfun 3,931
That is impressive. They are barely flying, and have an extremely narrow angle of attack/ degree of change in course they can tolerate before they stop flying. I think it was 3* but I forget the distance
