  1. That S20 is a fine looking bitch.
  2. It was stated by Nailbomb that it was self adjusting. Thanks for making that clear. If it works for you & your happy then all's good. Thanks for sharing with us. Being X military being able to easily field strip & clean leads to a longer life.
  3. Self adjusting gas block? How's that work + how does it strip for cleaning?
  4. I don't "get it" A lot of pain with no gain. I thought this forum was about up grade's or innovative new parts?
  5. There you go Deadeye, That nice Mr Cobra has every thing you need. I'm happy with what I have, Just stuff I knock up in my spare time. Like the man said he will make you magwell drums and a LRBHO. I was showing that a magwell drum isn't that hard to do. Tried a double stack mag, that didn't work well. People asked about the LRBHO, I wasn't pushing that. Had it so long I don't think about it.
  6. I have posted about this in the saiga 12 section I am NOT trying to wind people up but if I can make a magwell drum (in fact 2 different types) then surely some US company can. It's up to you people now to get together and demand one. Hopefully some people are thinking if that English bastard can do it so can we. Good luck
  7. Lets keep it short I am a truck driver in the UK No work shop with fancy tools I'm not a company trying to sell goods It's fucking hard to get hold of stuff over here (UK gun laws suck) So when a MD20 poped up I grabbed it I fitted a magwell to my S12 years ago Next step make the MD20 fit (only have one chance to get it right) Cut the top of the MD20 Cut down AGP mag They are not welded together 2 metal strips hold them together Just make sure every thing lines up The height of the tower must be right so the cartridges ride into the rotary slots in the drum I invented my
  8. http://youtu.be/sTlbs5ZwvksI watch vid & see what I mean I shall never enter your bubble again Mr Gunfun I found it under a tree while out for a walk "honest" When I fitted the auto plug, I tuned it for low brass It worked OK. Switched to high brass, worked OK. Went back to low brass, It didn't work FTE So what had changed? If you hold the plug in your hand , looking at the valve. with your other hand turn the adjusting screw, you will see as you turn the valve is all over the place. the spring is not staying in the centre. If the spring isn't in the centre,
  9. send me a drum +mag & I will teach you. Or it is normal " sorry we don't export" We want what you have But you can't have what we have!!!!! I'm not bitter but it fuckin sucks
  10. Cranky????? I say TAC 47, Will Mod There Auto plug, LIKE I SAID I will get fuck all for it. Just putting them straight, because it's a good product
  11. Let's cut the shit Who the fuck is going to make a magwell drum when there is to many different magwell's out there???????? Russian R+R SGM JT SGM JT AGP JT any mag????? Vepr This is like Darwin, everyone should have just gone for the original Russian magwell. All the rest will just slide away. I have converted a MAX ROUNDS drum & MD20 for the factory Russian Magwell. So to all S12 owner's Magwell's are a mega upgrade, so get the Russian one and demand a drum for it. To all the other people with different one's tough shit
  12. Easy Fix :- The auto plug has 4 parts as you now. The problem part is the adjust screw. AS you tighten it the spring moves of centre, causing uneven pressure on the valve. The result is LESS pressure for the valve to open, NOT more. The Fix :- Take it apart You need to put a spot weld on the flat side of the adjust screw in the centre Then file it round so the spring fits over the weld, it only needs to be 2mm high Put it back together Now as you tighten the adjust screw the spring stays central to the valve. It now will need more gas pressure before it will open. I
  13. I use a 24inch barrel, from factory no mods to ports, cycles any 2 3/4 28g clay round 7 1/2 shot. 3 ports in the barrel, factory puck and setting 1 on factory plug. the longer barrel, more time for the gas to do its job, also use a mod choke this also helps alot. I guess size does matter I have owned 2- 18", 2- 19", and 2- 24" Saiga12s. All of them needed work to run well with low brass and an MD-20. Some more than others, of course. Longer dwell time does give a slight edge to the longer barreled guns, but is not a guarantee to run, by any means. Number of ports matters too. My 24" S12s c
