the safety was touching the back of the right trigger part if gun is pointing away from you. had to grind a bit of the right, like a 16th of an inch. and to make my life easier i removed any metal i could see from the BHO that was blocking the safety hole in the receiver. really surprised no one has made a tech article about this.. maybe it was just a issue with my trigger and s12.

Got it! thanks for offering to help Cobra and all. notched out BHO and removed tad bit from rear of trigger and Safety where they where rubbing. now every thing is working as designed! 2 conversions down! 0 to go!!

its hitting, it does not rotate, stuck on fire just need to figure out what to grind down on saftey. thought there was a tech and photos on this some where. search feature stinks

yes. charging and firing is fine just need to figure out should i modify one side of the trigger or modify the safety lever. think its due to the double hook?

ok.. got s12 back from RAAC after a few months.. then waited another 3 months to get trigger... now after with putzing with BHO and FCG and safety to go in 2X my safety wont goto S "safe" it stays on F "fire" wth.... i need help. fingers are bloody waiting for what ever OHIO shit needs to be done to get my md20... feck.. might as well get back into high powered sling shots..

Ok.. have installed fcg 2 times today. first time got every thing in and then tried to install the safety and it wouldnt go in. same way i did x39 but no go on s12 so undid trigger pin. put saftey in the BHO the FCG but now safety wont go out of F fire mode meaning safety wont stop trigger from fiering. but hey! BHO works like a feckin charm! pleas tell me what i am doing wrong...

Morels the only hunting i do... so who hear spends hours a day, weeks on end in the woods looking at there feet? as spring approaches, i am putting down the s12, picking up the xd9 and heading into the woods.. last year only found 6 pounds. this year have to stay on the job, so will only find a pound or two IF lucky... please post your 2009 finds here...
