  1. I, too. Hopefully, the Admins can get rid of this guy.
  2. This is beyond the pale! http://news.yahoo.com/s/usnw/20090316/pl_u...s_for_treatment
  3. This is probably a dumb question, but I gotta ask anyway. I disassembled my Saiga 12 to clean it the other day and had a bit of a problem figuring how to reassemble it. That factory supplied Service Manual is not the clearest thing to read and understand! I finally got it, I'm pretty sure. However, when I tip the gun from end to end (muzzle down to muzzle up), I hear something sliding back and forth internally. Is this normal, or did I screw something up? TIA for your response!
  4. If this has been addressed previously, please point me; and accept my apologies. This is my first Kalashnikov action firearm (Tromix S-12 conversion); and I've put about 100 rounds through it so far. Does anyone have a detailed cleaning/lubrication procedure that you can post? TIA!
  5. "1" is for heavy loads, not light ones.
  6. Americans Who Risked Everything By Rush H. Limbaugh II Editor's note: Rush H. Limbaugh II is the father of Rush Limbaugh, notable Excellence in Broadcast radio talk show host. By Rush H. Limbaugh II " ... our lives, our fortunes, our sacred honor." --Declaration of Independence It was a glorious morning. The sun was shining and the wind was from the southeast. Up especially early, a tall, bony, redheaded young Virginian found time to buy a new thermometer, for which he paid three pounds, 15 shillings. He also bought gloves for Martha, his wife, who was ill at
  7. Father of one here. He's stationed aboard the USS Samuel B. Roberts (FFG58), currently in its home port of Mayport, FL for repairs. They ran it aground (official Navy will not admit to this) off the coast of Argentina; and had to limp back with busted screw blades, a bent shaft and more.
  8. I'll never forget the billboard that was erected on an old haywagon along I-75 in south Georgia when he was president. While not exact, this is very damned close: "We, the peanut farmers in the State of Georgia, sincerely apologize to the citizens of the United States of America for sending Jimmy Carter to Washington." Today he's a doddering old fool who is missing about half or more of his brain synapses; and we, the citizens of the State of Georgia, continue to be embarrassed and disgusted by him.
  9. $46.28 according to their website. How'd you get them for $35?
  10. What's a good source for S-12 5 round mags? Tony used to have a link in his list of accessories; but, since he's taken that down, it's no longer there. There are times where a 10 rounder is just too big. TIA!
  11. We have two sons in the military - one US Army currently stationed in Korea; and the other US Navy currently stationed on a ship ported in Jacksonville, FL. As a result, all of my vehicles have a Blue Star Mothers 2 star (one for each kid) sticker on the front and rear. See here, if you don't know what the Blue Star Mothers are: http://www.bluestarmothers.org/ We were shopping at Kroger this morning; and when we came back out to the car, there was a piece of paper stuck under the driver's wiper. I figured that it was an advert of some sort, so I took it off the windshield and
