  5. Good answer.... But i just re-read that last sentence in your first post and made my decision for the moment....Last question tho, would doing the sand paper trick you mentioned do anything benificial for me, in your opinion? Thanks, Jeff
  6. So you personally, would not recommend doing the feed ramp polishing as it is shown and described in the, "How to polish my bolt" or w/e its called sticky? I just thought it might give me a little more tolerance on a deformed top shell..
  7. How many of you have done it? I got all my polishable internals done by pauly, which i was very pleased with, but i never bothered reprofiling the feed ramp my self. It never has trouble feeding anything except the occasional deformed shell. (typically my fault) I just wanted to get a little input from the forum before i went about doing it my self. Also, did any of you do it without a dremel? Like a hand file for instance..? Thanks, Jeff
  8. I have a vast collection of parts "just sitting here" if your intrested in a trade... lol
  9. Im pretty sure i have a mill spec tube, but at the present state, im not entirely sure. Regardless, ill let you know what ends up working the best for me. Im pretty sure its between the 1/2 riser and the 3/4ths
  10. Cupon code for e-store anyone? lol
  11. Keep me posted on the availability/shipping time on the auto plugs. Ide like to tinkee with one, but, being that css no longer carrys them, the only place i saw them in stock was their website, and if its really take you 3months to receive it I'm not so sure i want to hop on that train..
  12. Thats a pretty ingenious idea GF. If I really start feeling the itch before they come back in I might have to do that..
  13. I feel fairly confident that the 3/4ths is what im going to need, just probing for additional input while i wait for my guy to get them back in. BTW, any chance you could take me a picture looking down the sight with your setup MT? lol
  14. Well thats somewhat of an issue. My shop dosent have them in stock in all sizes atm so it would be a bit of a wait to try them all, specifically the larger 2..
  15. Ok, so currently I have an internal reveiver setup with an moe stock and enhanced recoil pad. I recently purchased a chaos titan with the chaos hk sights. With the new rail/sight combo i know im going to have to adjust my stock to make it feel right when shouldered, which would most easily be done by adjusting the pignose on the internal receiver/adding a riser. Risers come in 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4. My question is this...would anyone have any idea what combo of adjusting my pignose adapter/adding a check riser would be most optimal, or should i just drive down to my local shop and try them all (ri

  17. <Insert seemingly witty one liner>
  18. Nice, but you should have got a PWS
  19. If stock doesn't suit you then my top pic would be this... http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/servlet/-strse-966/Saiga-12-gas-piston/Detail
  20. I just had a few questions about these (http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct1157.aspx) new s-12s that has probably already been addressed somewhere but I have yet to stumbled upon.. 1. Does the mag-well securely hold stock mags/drums or is it basically the same as the jt mag-wells we already have? 2.Can the LRBH implemented in the new saigas be put in the iz-109's without "drastic" modifications? 3. Slightly unrelated, can anyone send me a link to a guide or photos where someone modified their s12s dust cover to hinge with a chaos tian rail. Thanks, Jeff
  21. Cant believe that took 3 whole pages. If you haven't got a good laugh or learned the answer to lingering question by now in the "Loctite OK?" thread you arnt going too.
