Went to the range tonite. Was running the 30 rders thru my gun fairly quick. Barrel was heated and like an idiot I layed it down on my gun case. Barrel burnt a hole thru my cheap soft guncase. Have some residue on the barrel now. Can probably scrape off the hardened crusty part now. Anyone have any ideas on how to get all of it off? wire brush or something? thanks for the help.

Can't personally speak to this, cuz I don't have a folder installed yet. I would say worst case scenario is that when it's folded it will hit the drum, so when you're carrying it/storing/etc. you won't be able to have the drum in the gun.

You can get tapco's for $7-9. Got some Bulgarians for $8 a piece also. Of course may not all be top quality, but I've had no problems w/them.

Threw these ak mags together real quick. Didn't turn out as cool as your idea. May give it a try when I get round to it.

Just installed the BG kit from DINZAG. Went in like a breeze (round trunion, by the way). Put some locktite on the threads. Filed up the mag catch. All my mags fit great. Thank you DINZAG!

Looks good. I have some camoform wrap that I think I may use on my 5 rounders that are coming. Thanks for the idea!

I personally wouldn't waste any more time there. Find a friend or someone that has a few acres to shoot on. Kind of pointless having a saiga if you can only fire 2 rounds thru it.

Well the Chaos Extended Quad Rail is a no go, I got out today and it would not even run high brass buckshot with the top rail on and the gun on setting one. I took off the top rail and proceded to do a 20 round mag dump of the fed bulk pac on setting one and it ran 19 rounds before a FTE switched to setting two and ran another 80 rounds through it with no issues. Now I need to figure out how I am going to mount my Aimpoint. Keep us updated! Unfortunately I got rid of my chaos quad before I had a chance to shoot it. I set my eyes upon the Titan and knew I had to have one. Just waiting

if you're doing a .308 conversion, I'd check in that section of the forum. Probably have better luck.
