I have a saiga .308 I want to covert but wanted to know the easiest way to move the trigger guard? Its an 07 model, looks like two rivets and two spot welds. Any help? The hole for pistol grip nut is slotted for the old trigger. How do I fill that slot or reinforce it? I need some expert help. Any other considerations for this trigger replacement?

Its not a bad idea. I do have a few questions though. Will this stock work with a bent bolt? What scope mounts with work with this? The side mounts on the sniper model does not look like it will fit. I do like timney trigger option. Im not sure how I feel about scraping the orig metal magazine? I would prefer to keep it but I would like to see how the after market magazine works. Anybody have any other thought on this subject? E-mail archangel/pro-mag with your concerns.

Is the bonesteel stock made from aluminum? Why not steel? Just a thought.

I also do not want to cut my stock. I did that on a past rifle and I regret it. Any other no cut folding stock options?

Anyone have information on the Saiga .223 gas block removal? If so what gas blocks fit? I know some have 45 degree angle or a 90 degree angle port. Which one? I would like to be able to reinstall the factory cleaning rod.

How did you go about removing the front sight block? Is it pinned, dimpled or both?

What is legal issues with adding it to your rifle? Very nice rifle by the way! And is it a simple matter of changing the front sight assembly? If so, which sight assembly works for the saiga .223?

Norm I have heard some people use a valmat ejection port buffer to help prevent the bent in the brass. But since you cant find one at this time, I am working on a diy part to do the same thing. Its basically a metal clip that slips over the top cover but the catch is, it will be covered with a rubber covering. Hopifully it will work!

I have been looking for an ak wire stock,(ex. polish wire stock,etc) does anyone know where I can build one without paying too much?

Does the Balgarian bayonet fit the saiga .233 with the proper muzzle device? Has anyone tried this? Pictures?

What are the folding stock opinions without cutting the rear tang? Ive done alot of research on these and most hinge blocks are made of aluminum, are there any made from steel? Any ideas?

Hey I love the idea of new steel .223 magazines for a saiga or vepr. I think it would be a good investment in the mag market if this AWB crap goes away. But one major point, bigger is better...... start at 30 rounds but I think most of us would prefer a 40 or 50 round magazine or a triple stack 60 round. I would buy some asap!
