  1. Now that's funny! Ain't that the truth. Ain't that the truth. Been there done that.
  2. Her T shirt was correct. She truly has nothing to worry about the Law will look after her. It is also correct you can't use deadly force in any of the mentioned incidents or you will be in jail. I always look at the tops of overpasses for idiots that might be going to do something like that. In the last couple of years there has been cases of fools throwing concrete blocks on cars from overpasses here in GA.
  3. I feel the same way. I frequently help people I know that really need help. The last time I gave money to an unknown was at the a hospital in Columbus, GA. My brother in law and I were there visiting his wife and were going down to the smoking area and a young woman came to us and said she was there to see her mother who was dying from cancer. Her car wouldn't start so she needed money to get a taxi home before dark so her two young children wouldn't be alone. I wasn't going to give her anything except a lecture about leaving young children alone period. My brother in law and his wife who had
  4. Welcome, I am not sure where Rossville is but one day we all from the great state of Georgia are going to get together if I can arrange it.
  5. Amen Brother. Most Politicians and Business Executives do not understand this and unfortunately a great percentage of the population doesn't either.
  6. I agree, the heat and humidity here (HAMPTON) is bad ! But you should feel it a 100 miles south at my place. Here feels like a spring walk in the park. I would like to correct a statement I noticed I made in a couple of prior post. I stated in one I had 125 ac , in another I said 250 ac. actually it is both. I personally own 125 and my sister owns the other 125. It is still deeded in both our names and I take care of the business. This is why sometimes I may state one or the other. So in a couple of months we might have a shoot there. I shot 400 to 600 12ga rnds and some .45 LC/ .410 through a
  7. In my humble opinion the best would be what satisfies the particular owner. In just the few weeks I have been on this forum iI have been put down buy other members because I stated I liked the stock import trigger and did not want to move the FCR forward. Some people seem to think this is a sacrelege, but it is really dependent upon the weapon and the owner. As we all know some Saigas preform better out of the box than others. I have 5 AKs with the forward the trigger groups and my Saiga 12 with the linkage trigger is sweeter than any of them.Unless something wears and it changes I would not
  8. We all really need to try to meet and shoot. I would be willing to drive a hundred or so miles and spend a night or two. I just want all us Georgia boys to get together.

I actually like the carrier coming home as long as the mag is almost locked when it happens. Say when.... I will start with one and buy three more if I like the first, provided the price isn't crazy high Dito on this. I like the bolt doing that can you make it do it every time with all mags? I am used to a Browning A5 Belgium made. Two actually a 20 and a 12. When the last round is fired the bolt locks back and when you run the first shell into the tube the bolt slams home and picks it up then you can quickly insert two more shells. On the Dove field when birds are coming in heavy I k
  10. Mine would work 95% of the time with the factory plug and puck. I changed to the V plug and Booster puck and now it is 99% reliable. I have found in 35 years of shooting all types of semi-auto and other weapons, this is about as good as you can expect. That is why all the classes teach rack and clear. This even applies to pumps and revolvers. After all Humans fail now and then and God designed us. Therefore we can expect machines designed by men to not be 100%.

Do you mean one you designed or the one from CSS and you installed it?
  12. I really like the X rays but how in the world did you get them done. I had a sword cane I had painted with lead paint several years back done (before 911) and my doctor charged me a fortune to do it. Plus it took some smooth talk to get him to. I wanted to see if the lead paint would conceal the sword (it didn't). I used to travel by air a lot and felt naked without any kind of weapon.

I got mine from CSS about a month ago. I ordered some more stuff a couple of days ago and didn't see them. I just looked again and still could't find them there. I think Greg has stopped selling them. That is what has me worried. They were still on the site when I posted that, I checked first. Just looked again and did not see them. I have seen stuff disappear and reappear later. Dunno I just looked at CSS and the things are back. Matter of fact they are the first thing that shows under Saiga parts?

Did anyone get refunds for them? That might say a lot too Let me rewind a bit.... Did anyone ask for a refund and get told to pound sand? No sure about the refunds. I still think people are waiting to hear more info on them before installing them. I could be wrong but I know I'm waiting for more info. I have been waiting to hear more on them before I did an install. I have not asked for a refund yet, but it worries me that you don't see them for sale anymore. The people in this thread that said theirs was running well, did you install it or have someone do it?

A month or so ago when I bought my S12 and joined this forum LRBHOs seemed to be a hot item. I got one from CSS and put it up to install at a later date. I then read a lot of things about having to modify mags the receiver and and how hard it was to install. Now I am not seeing any more about them and no one has them for sale anymore. What is the deal? Did I pay $75 for a piece of crap I can't use?
  17. Thanks for all the comments. Just to be on the safe side I ordered one from CSS and a Tromix firing pin/spring. I don't plan on putting them in unless I have a problem. I just feel better having them for spares.
  18. Yes he and his whole family will get protection for the rest of their lives,Plus a severance per year of more than I will make in my life time and we will pay for it all. I don't believe we should pay to protect any elected official more than two years once they are out of office. First because if they truly did what was best for the American people they have nothing to worry about from the American people. Second once they have been out of office two years all security secrets have changed so any other country wouldn't care about what they know anyway. I am not just talking about protection
  19. Welcome, Valdosta is a long way from Hampton. Hope you return safely from Germany. Thanks for the welcome, I will be sure to keep an eye open for any Saiga shooting going on in GA. Feel free to PM me if you are ever in south GA. Also, I do make it to Atlanta once and awhile. Greetings Bro, I own a small place in Schley county 250 acers with a house on it (airconditoned). We Georgia people need to plan a shoot down there sometime. I would be glad to host a shoot for brothers for a few days. I do want to wait for cooler weather (Its hot as hell that far south this time of the
  20. ive never been to alaska , but have become quite familiar with the tv version of it from the discovery channel ice road truckers , gold rush , tuffer in alaska , deadliest catch and the list go,s on and on . from what i gather youre absolutly correct about the fire arms friendly type attitude youve got going on up there , awesome ! it got me thinking , what can we do to plant this seed of firearms acceptance here in the lower 48 and watch it grow freely without confrontation , what do you have ,we dont , then it hit me ,BEARS , we need bears not the cute little black ones , i want 12 fo
  21. I have only had my S-12 for about a month and have only shot a couple hundred light loads through it no heavy stuff. My concern from reading some recent posts is should I go ahead and get / install a Tom Cole heavy duty rod or am I just being paranoid?
  22. I would have liked a .45 also (I have a 9mm Glock and a .40 S&W Glock) but I don't think they will ever produce one. The stuff they make now + the SBS that is supposedly coming are popular enough they can't keep up with the demand now. They won't increase production capacity because of our Current administration (just my opinion). If they actually pull off everything they (the current administration) want to there will be no more weapon manufacturers in the US and eventually they will try to get ever weapon in private owner ship. So if they have to shut down at least they can cut there l
  23. I love mine. Its accurate and reliable with any ammo I feed it. As for tough well view this. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-5935333007505323905&q=KEL+TEC&hl=en
