  1. 10-rnd steel mini-drums are an awesome idea. I'm looking foreword to these hitting the market.
  2. I had been eyeing the Arsenal SGL-41, an "unsporterized" version of the Saiga-410 ever sence they were introduced. When the price dropped to $489, I couldn't pass one up. I ordered mine through Altantic Firearms and got it a couple of days ago. The SGL-41 uses a black synthetic military AK rear stock, pistol grip, upper and lower handguards (all of which are made in the US). The fire control group is also made in the US. It also uses a standard AK front and rear sight, as well as a AK-74 90 degree gas block. It uses .410 3" shells only. Other US made componets are a AK-74 style muzzl
  3. Mine diffently had a break in period. Lots of problems using cheap WalMart bulk parks. Did a little research. Lubed the thing up and shot a couple hundred rounds of high brass pheasent loads through it. Mine shoots the Federal bulk packs great now.
  4. $489.00 is a great deal for this. Ordered one today.
  5. I had heard rumors that he had them in the works. I already have a set coming.
  6. I have not used the new 6 and 8-rnd AGP mags, but I have 10 of the 10-rnd mags. They work great.
  7. Who is making the front latch parts in the US?
  8. I have both a Saiga-12 and Saiga-410. I would like to get a Saiga-20 to round out the collection. I just wish there were some US made higher capacity magazines avaible for them like offered for the 12 and .410.
  9. The only thing that I have not been able to get to reliably feed through my AGP mags is the cheap Wal-Mart Winchester bulk pack. My Saiga-12 doesn't even feed this ammo with the factory mag. Feeds everything else fine, inclueding the Wal-Mart Federal bulk pack. I have 10 of the AGP mags. 100-rnds of 12 Gauge through a semi-auto with a detachable mag is very impressive.
  10. These mags are going to be a lot of fun. They are just the ticket for the Saiga-410. Thanks for the great service Coralina Shooters Supply! My Saiga-410 with the Surefire 15-rnd mag. My Saiga-12 with my Saiga-410.
  11. I have not heard of that yet. The ones I tested worked flawless. What type of ammo is it? My first thought-sounds like a small burr inside that may be holding the follower up. Greg It does sound like a small burr. The ones I have load very smoothly.
  12. I got my Surefire 15-rnd mags and took one of for some limited testing a couple of days ago. The weather here has been very cold and wet. It was already dark but I really wanted to see how they worked. I ran 45-rns of steel cased Silver Bear slugs through it. No problems at all. All right! First test run was very possitive. This mag is slick. A Saiga-410 with a reliable 15-rnd mag is awesome. Getting a good feeling after the first test. I will be shooting a lot more rounds through them, but got a feeling I will be getting more. Factory 4-rnd .410 mag, Surefire 15-rnd ma
  13. $279 for a Saiga .410 is about what I've seen them going for around where I'm at ... if you can find one.
  14. I ordered 4 of the Surefire 15-rnd mags from CSS. Range report to follow. I really hope these work well. If they do, they are just what a Saiga-410 needs.
  15. Thanks for the range report. I'll have to pick up a few. Sucks about the steel case Russian ammo, but some 10-rnd mags is just what the Saiga .410 needs.
