We have tested these mags to the point of it being ridiculous. There will be a break in period for them to be easier to insert and lock in place. Like a AR mag when you insert it slap the bottom or rock it to make sure it is locked in. We have over 2000 rounds in several mags from the same batch with no issues.

I wouldn't read to much in to that, I was in the industry in 1994 and worked for one of the top 2 importers of ammo and surplus companies. I remember leading up to it the statistics showed that almost a 10 year supply of guns and ammo was purchased in less than a year. The awb, magazine ban and a few other things were passed. It took a law suit to get our products that were in transit (on the water) to be allowed in the country. If it were not for the Fair Trade Group, NSSF and a few other groups those products would of never got here.

I am sorry some people feel the way they do, we are doing the best we can to accommodate everyone including our dealers and distributors. I guess if the majority is upset that a free magazine is delayed and some people get theirs first perhaps we should ask our vendors to not offer these type of deals anymore. Also just a update, we would have shipped all the pre-orders out yesterday except after 12:00 usps site was not processing any more labels (crashed due to volume and we checked every hour until 5:00 pm). We are shipping via priority mail and ups.

we have started shipping pre-orders today.i think maa and css are the only two companies (other than the pre-order list for atlantic) that have vepr shotgun mags right now, it takes a while to manufacture them and between these 3 companies we are shipping them out as soon as we get them. so sure some may get them from us first or they could get them from the other two companies first, depends on where you live and how fast usps and ups are.

I think the gov. seriously under estimates how much tax revenue they get from this industry.

Thanks to you and everyone for being so patient. The community made it clear they wanted mags to take advantage of the lrbho it was a challenge and delayed us but we got it done. We hope everyone enjoys the mags and will support all the vendors making new and cool things for the Vepr Shotguns.

sorry for the late reply for some reason I just didn't see the post. If you take off the wood hand guard you will notice a thin oval washer, a nut with slots cut and a sling swivel which inserts into the slots. Just use the nut with the sling swivel inserted in the slots and screw to reattach, you can discard the oval thin washer if you don't plan on using the wooden handguard again.
