We talked to the guys from Rock River Arms at the Shotshow. Using their new patented piston system for the AR15, we were told that they went 100,000 rounds without a single failure over a 10 week period of time before they gave up on trying to make it fail. Anyone have any experience with them? We just received 4 in stock on Monday. I would think that if any of it was made out of the US, you would want to proceed on the safe side and consider all of it made out of the US.

As long as you don't put a vertical grip on it, you should be compliant. From our experience with CA, many CA dealers will not transfer the Saiga rifles unless they put a magazine lock on the gun.

We have not been able to find anything that is currently made. We are redesigning the stock slightly and compatibility with a currently available cheek rest is one of the things that the new stock will have.

What about none of the above? We have something that we hope to be out with by Christmas that is more fun than all of the above.

I am just over 4 weeks out from my brain surgery. The surgery took 6 hours and I had to spend 2 days in the ICU for a total of 6 days in the hospital. The surgery went flawlessly and the hole in the base of my skull is repaired. I still don't have any feeling in the right side of my face, but the doctor said I should get that back within 6 months. My recovery is going great and my doctor plans on taking me off medicine in 2 more months. I would post after surgery pictures, but I am sure no one wants to see them. There are only five hospitals in the US that do this type of surgery, so it is out of network for our insurance. Insurance just approved the operation yesterday, so hopefully, I can book the surgery and start getting better. Thanks for keeping me in your prayers.
