  1. Can you send me a pic of the gun and mag? pvtpyle45bATyahoo.com
  2. I am going to chime in here from a professional (insert snicker at my own expense here) stand point. We have shotguns that mount under our M4s for door breaching and CQB that take the Siaga mags. So thats where I am coming from. Dump the ribs on the front and rear that take the screws. They will get hung up in the pouch and make mags changes much harder than they need to be. Also the walls could be much thinner. If you could use this template to STAMP out mag bodies it would be much cheaper, lighter and more compact in the long run. Either steel or aluminum and weld the halves together.
  3. Dude, I dont know WTF is going on, but you need to get it out there and get support from the 2A community. PM me if you like and lets see what we can do to fuck the fuckers.
  4. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Did I just say that outloud???? Strength in numbers baby. Maybe we can get McUzi to direct some of that intensity towards them!
  5. I think his biggest battle will be financial. There are plenty of good 2A lawyers out there, but they dont come cheap
  6. What about a staggered 12 or 15 rd mag.........
  7. (In my best Mr. Burns voice...) " Excellent!"
  8. It is even better when you take some smug arrogant racist fucker and get him baited into an even bigger pissing contest where he just looses he cool completely. We aren't quite there yet but I will keep trying. Sooner than later some real facts will come out. Ones that have nothing to do with NFA or Saigas.
  9. We have not even gotten the authors copy yet. I guess we will all have to wait for it to drop.
  10. As soon as you get prices on 8rd Saiga mags for the 12ga and SVD mags let me know. I will get started on my form 6 to bring in the stuff right away. Oh, did I mention that I also want 2 maybe more of the Tigers, just like you have them pictured?
  11. My friend wrote the article and the pics of the guns are mine guns. They weren't backordered, Larry used mine, and eventually bought one. And the article went to the publisher three months ago or more.
  12. Brass. Very thick brass. We are actually using brass for the cases of our 14.5mm bolt gun. The same dimensions as the 14.5mm AA guns used in the KPVT. I dont know how many times they will last, but even if I can get 20 shots out of them they would be worth it. How many shots do you think you could shoulder with a 1085gr slug traveling at 3350fps? The weapon will weigh in at 85lbs and have a brake the size of a small city phone book. I bet I can only last 2 or 3 shots at a time. We are also making a mount for it to use the M2 pintle and tripod.
  13. I am a dealer and manufacturer of NFA weapons. And you can tell them all you want about sporting purposes, they dont care. They are going to do whatever they want. And with as many Saigas as there are in this country, their making them registerable DD's @ $200 a pop for registration is a huge windfall of cash to show why they should be allowed to continue existing as the bastard step child of the fed.gov.
  14. Be watching for them to rule that a psitol gripped 12ga is a DD, just like the USAS and street sweeper. I have gotten 2 calls from the ATF guy here locally asking questions about the weapon and number sold (both LEO and regular). I told them to come do a compliance inspection and bring a photo copier. But their interest is already there and they are asking questions about them.
  15. Yeah, I figured as much too.
  16. The mags will go to another agency.
  17. To use as cover for action.
  18. It was a clever attempt, but should have found a different group.....
  19. Well they do need to fill out a form to export a weapon, I dont remember the number. You can't just take the gun out and then bring it back. Sorry dude, it doesn't work like that. Other wise he would have to fill out a form 6 to bring it home and pay the excise tax if any were due. Here is what the ATF web site says about it: The GCA does not provide for an export license. However, firearms and ammunition shall be exported in accordance with provisions of the Arms Export Control Act of 1976 and a license must be obtained from the Office of Defense Trade Controls, PM/DTC, SA-6, Room
  20. I am picking on rock for trying to get over.
  21. So that it doesn't look like.....
