Yes, you can use those you will need to buy a ak-74 gas tube with retainers for the top and as I'm running into now you need to press or knock off your sight base and gas block and install a handguard retainer and put sight & block back on, or buy Dinzagarms bolt on retainer. His work is great and customer service is even better. It just depends on how much time, research and effort your willing to do. Lots of good people around here to help. I've done two s-12's one with the handguards your looking at, but this is my first 7.62 and looking forward to it. Welcome and lots of luck.

SaigaTech TG plate or Dinzag Arms PG coversion kit?
WILLIEVEE replied to SanSacto's topic in Saiga .308
I've used both vendors and both have great products and outstanding service. I have not had the chance to use Dinzags trigger guard, but have used SaigaTechs on two of my s-12's and love them and used Dinzags front sight. I think you can't go wrong with either one, both stand by their work. -

All of my dealings with Ray have been prompt, fast and professional. He makes outstanding products and stands behind them. The time of year with USPS I would guess. -
Yes, the barrel is larger toward the rear. Check out topic in this forum 2nd page July 25th by Krisfox (SBS Length) Good luck

Welcome to the forum, Your answer depends on what you want to do You don't have to do anything. Do you want to put a pistol grip on, new butt stock, forarm, etc. That a look also in the 922 compliance section as well as the pictures in this section and get a idea of what you want on your gun. From there its just a numbers game of US vs foreign parts. You can also use the search section. First as I said decide what you want as features on yours. PM me if you don't find your answers and I will try to help. Again welcome to the board AllJacks

Thanks, I'll do that.

I have 4 S-12s and 1 S-7.62 I want to get parkerized at once and have not found but two locally the first wants $225.00 per gun and the second I'm calling in the morning. I am asking prices with the guns already broke down. I don't know if the $200.00 range in the norm or not. If so I'll go a different route. Could someone shed some light on the cost? Resonable or not? Edit: Thanks but got a few more quotes looks like I'm building a tank.
