Panzerschreck 0
Does this have the Bulgarian krinkov style folder with forward locking catch in the side of the receiver? Do you refinish after the conversion or just touch up? Thanks.
Rowdy1124 0
do ya'll do any options on the gun you showed? i dont really care for the folder stocks.... too easy to outlaw... I'd like to just get a PG and bolt hold open... maybe the red dot... but thats something i can do easily myself... also getting the choke removed and fitting it for Win choke... let us know either a website or just a few pricing deals... im not too far from ya'll... 3 hr drive... we'd just ship it back and forth right? i can imagine walking into fed-ex with my saiga and all the folks dive under the counters... hehe ~Rowdy

Mephis 82
Hmm, $260 that better include the Kobra and ALL parts, thats kinda steep from what i see thats involved.
Mbsk01 0
Alpha, Any chance you some on hand, or something, so it would be possible to come by and get a 1st hand look?

hardcorps1775 1
Hmm, $260 that better include the Kobra and ALL parts, thats kinda steep from what i see thats involved. $200+ seems to be what the average PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHED businesses are charging. ak-usa will do it for $225 and krebs will do it for $300. none include parts, which you supply. EDIT: no kobra scopes incl by any of them! Edited October 10, 2004 by hardcorps1775
Mbsk01 0
yes i have a personal one ! you local? Yes, I live East of Rockwall, but work in Irving. Not sure when I could get by, but I'd like to. I read elsewhere that you were at the last Market Hall show. Is that accurate? If so, where was your table? infidel 0
The important question remains, the add says turn into Saiga 12c which is a sidefolding version. Does this price of $260 include adding the folding mechanisms? If so, that is a hell of a price.
cajun 0
Alpha Operative, Are you going to be a the Big Town Gun Show in Mesquite, Texas? If not what's your physical address? What's you price on a NIB Saiga 12 with no mods? Let me know, as I'll be driving in from the Texas/Louisiana border. Thanks, Cajun

Alpha Operative 0
yes we will be at big town this coming weekend and our s12's with no mods are 499!!!!
cajun 0
Why so expensive? Are you just into selling conversions? Cajun
Alpha Operative 0
its not expensive! the saigas are going up in price. a us compliance kit is required as well as buying a single k-var buttstock. it all adds up real quick.

So it isn't a 12c then...just a full buttstock non-folding Saiga 12 with grip. That's all I needed to know.
cajun 0
Alpha Operative, I asked the price of a NIB Saiga 12, WITH NO MODS. It doesn't need any USA compliance parts, nor a Kvar Buttstock. From your post, it seems the parts & labor for the conversion is $260, which should make your NIB Saiga 12 $239. plus some profit. Let me know the price of a NIB Saiga 12 WITH NO MODS. Cajun
Tomac 0
I'm in the process of ordering a converted Saiga 12 from EF and will post pics & range report when it arrives. Tomac
