taurussvt 0
I bought a wood stock set for my rifle and really like the way it looks. I got it from this guy. http://www.gunsamerica.com/987664544/Non-G...wood_stocks.htm This would be the correct sight block. http://www.k-var.com/shop/product.php?prod...=290&page=1 and this would be the correct muzzle brake. http://www.k-var.com/shop/product.php?prod...=286&page=1 You're gonna need to thread your barrel, buy an ak gas tube, and a handguard retainer. You can get them all through Dinzag arms. Original trigger guard would be fine. If you wanted to do an ak 103 style rifle you would get this stock set http://www.k-var.com/shop/product.php?prod...=251&page=3 You could also always get this set if you don't NEED to have a folder. http://www.k-var.com/shop/product.php?prod...=251&page=3 This front sight block http://akpartskits.com/cart/index.php?main...;products_id=52 and this muzzle brake http://www.k-var.com/shop/product.php?prod...=286&page=1 Just remember, it's your rifle and you can make it any way you want. It may not be 100% correct the way you configure it, but it's still yours and has to look good to you. I've got that same wood stock set on my rifle yet plan on putting the ak74/103 front sight block and muzzle brake on. Will this be correct? No. Does it matter? Not to me. It's my gun. So, if I have threaded my barrel, I could just cut the front of that FSB off, right?
nalioth 405
This is the only "authentic" look for a converted Saiga. The 90 degree gas block doen't match any previous 7.62x39 Kalashnikovs So, if I have threaded my barrel, I could just cut the front of that FSB off, right?Yes, the 'neuter nub' can be cut off the front of the factory FSB... No, I have already circumcised my factory FSB and threaded the barrel. What I wan to know is what FSB can I put on there instead to gain a cleaning rod loop and/or bayo lug? Basically, where can I get one like in the pic? Oh, and mainly I want a plunger for the brake. Edited July 22, 2008 by BlenderWizard
