Have Tony cut 11" off the bad end and all is good! Sounds like a very easy decision to me. I have an extra copy of the paperwork (not filled out) If he needs it. At least, that's what I thought I read. I do not believe this is the case especially in this situation where we are talking about a part that was not modified. You don't count the muzzle device for compliance IMO. Good luck with that american barrel, I wonder if this is a valid product. They're not simple to intall either.
