If you can check them in person the better, you are, on the phone or in the net, everything looks nice and wonderful, see who you deal with and make sure they know what they say they know. I see, you need to be a dealer to own a short rifle or machine gun in Michigan. that, means if you have a dealer license to own a gun, you not need a dealer. It is funny that with about a dozen C3 dealers in PA (about the highest number of dealers) there are so few ranges which allow auto fire. That might be the event your talking about, Im not sure if he is still the mayor, but the guy loved his machine guns thats for sure!
